Content Complete was founded in 2003 by Albert Prior and Paul Harwood. Both directors have extensive commercial experience, having previously managed large companies and negotiated at Board level over many years.		On behalf of their various clients, the CCL team has negotiated preferential pricing with over 100 publishers world-wide, ranging from large commercial publishers with 'Big Deal' collections, to smaller US and European Society publishers.
