Caroline joined Content Complete as a
Content Negotiator in August 2006. Caroline has been in the
subscriptions industry since 1990 holding a variety of positions at
Blackwell's Information Services and Swets Information Services.
Since 2001 she has been actively involved in package deals, initially as
NESLI Co-ordinator and later as part of Swets' Consortia and Multi-Site
Services team. Amongst her responsibilities was the negotiation of
prices and licenses for multi-sited deals for corporate and government
libraries, both national and multi-national.

During her more recent time at Swets,
Caroline was part of the team working on the ALPSP Learned Journals
Collection and helped to successfully grow the number of participating
publishers and increase the number of licences, leaving the project in
good standing for 2007 and beyond.
Caroline is a Content Negotiator at CCL.
