Kate Young joined Content Complete in April 2006. Since graduating from the University of Birmingham in 1991 with a BA Combined Honours Degree in French and German she has been employed in a variety of roles including spells in retail management, tourism and administrative support. |

Kate is involved in a range of activities at CCL including obtaining price quotations from publishers, invoicing libraries, making payments to publishers and general e-journals support functions. |
