Fay Gooding

 

     

Before joining CCL Fay spent 6 years managing subscriptions and the helpdesk for extreme sports magazine and had a support role in accounts and advertising. Prior to that she was an assistant/relief manager in the pub industry.

 

 

 

Fay started at CCL in June 2008 as subscriptions and helpdesk administrator for the JISC Collections Help Desk, a role which includes the processing of new and renewed orders, invoicing and resolving queries from institutes and publishers.
